User Agreement to Terms of Service

By registering an account on A Roleplay Site, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and guidelines contained within Our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, Upload Policy, and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, conditions, and/or guidelines, you are not permitted to use any A Roleplay Site services. You agree not to use your account to aid other persons in circumventing any disciplinary actions imposed on them by either A Roleplay Site or other A Roleplay Site users.
You agree not to impersonate other users or organizations unaffiliated with Yourself.
You agree not to engage in any activity or distribute any content on A Roleplay Site that:

is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise in violation of the terms outlined in Our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, Upload Policy, and Terms of Service
is discriminatory to an individual or group of individuals based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, religion, age, or disability
is in violation of and/or infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary information owned by any party
attempts to interfere with and/or disrupt access to A Roleplay Site
attempts to obtain access to information/data not publicly accessible on A Roleplay Site
scrapes A Roleplay Site services and/or content hosted on Our site
contains any computer code, viruses, files, or programs intended to negatively affect any users of Our services and/or any form of software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment
contains forged, altered, or deceptive source-identifying information, such as packet headers
is or contains unsolicited advertising, including junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation
probes, records, or tests any of our systems or networks without prior authorization

You agree not to access (i.e. login as or read the private data of) A Roleplay Site accounts that were originally created by a person other than Yourself.

We do not assume any liability for any content uploaded to A Roleplay Site by Our users of the site.
A Roleplay Site cannot guarantee that there will be no loss of content, information, or data hosted on the site and has no liability related to their loss if such loss does occur.
Upon uploading content to A Roleplay Site, you agree that we have a world-wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, display, and distribute that content. This license does not give Us the right to that content nor does it allow Us to create or distribute modifications of that content outside of the purposes mentioned prior.
